When you contact us: your name, email, town, and the segment you selected, so a person can reply and route you to the right service.

When you become a customer: service address, site contact name, phone and email, access notes such as gate codes or dogs, and your SMS consent choice.

When we test a tank: the readings, photographs of the tank, meter and data plate, the location where the reading was taken, the time it was taken, and who took it. This is the evidence that makes a certificate worth anything, and it is captured at the tank rather than reconstructed later.

When you use the portal: your email and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.

To schedule and perform testing, to issue certificates that a supplier or insurer can rely on, to tell you when your next test is due, and to invoice you. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run behavioural tracking on this site.

Service providers who make the work possible, and only for that purpose: our hosting and database provider, our email provider, our text messaging provider, our mapping provider for routing, and our payment processor. Each receives only what its job requires.

Your certificate, when you or your propane supplier shares it. A certificate carries the tank, the readings and the date; it does not carry your phone number, your access notes, or your account details.

We do not sell your information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Every certificate resolves to a public page so anyone holding the certificate number can confirm it is authentic. That page shows the tank reference, readings, date and result. It does not show your phone number, email, or access notes. If you would rather your street address were not shown on it, tell us and we will discuss what the certificate can still prove without it.

Test records, photographs and certificates are kept for the life of the tank relationship and then archived. Fire code requires the two most recent results be retained, and the value of the record is that it goes back further than that. Lead enquiries that never become customers are kept while they are live and then removed.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email steve@lpintegrity.com.

One limit worth stating plainly: we will not alter or delete an issued certificate or the readings behind it. Those are immutable by design. If something is wrong we issue a corrected version and keep both, so the record stays honest.

Access is controlled by role, and client logins are scoped so an account can only ever see its own tanks. Passwords are hashed. Evidence files are stored privately and served through expiring links rather than public URLs.

This is a service for property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we contact you, tell you directly.
