Terms of service

LP Integrity and Compliance Group LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, 166 Gilford Ave, Laconia, NH 03246. In these terms, “we” means that company and “you” means the customer.

We are an independent third party. We test cathodic protection on buried propane tanks, document the result, and issue a certificate. We also replace anodes and install dielectric unions and pigtails where a tank needs them.

We do not sell propane and we have no financial interest in whether a tank passes or fails. That independence is the point of the service.

A test measures tank-to-soil potential against a copper sulfate reference cell at the time and place of the reading. A tank is protected at a reading of -0.85 V or more negative.

A passing result describes the tank on the day it was tested. It is not a warranty of future condition, a guarantee against corrosion or leakage, and not an inspection of the tank’s structural integrity, its piping, its regulators, or the appliances it serves. A buried tank can degrade between tests, which is why the retest interval exists.

We do not certify compliance on behalf of any authority. We document what we measured so that you, your supplier, your insurer, or an inspector can make their own determination.

Provide safe access to the tank area, tell us about hazards such as dogs, gates, or unmarked utilities, and tell us if the tank information you gave us is wrong. If a technician cannot safely reach the tank we may reschedule, and a repeat trip may be chargeable.

A certificate is issued once a test is complete and is immutable from that moment. If a correction is needed we issue a new version and retain the previous one; we do not edit a document you already hold.

Each certificate resolves to a public verification page. Anyone with the certificate number can confirm it is authentic and unaltered. Presenting an altered or fabricated certificate as ours is misrepresentation, and the verification page exists so it fails immediately.

Where you have engaged us for ongoing compliance, we track your retest dates and contact you before they lapse: first test 12 to 18 months after install, then intervals not exceeding 36 months. We will make reasonable efforts to reach you, but the obligation to have a tank tested remains yours.

Prices are quoted before work begins. Repairs are quoted separately from testing and are never carried out without your approval. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice.

Portal logins are issued by us; there is no self-signup. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend an account being used to access data that does not belong to it.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Hampshire law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of use, or the cost of propane deliveries refused by a third party.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

New Hampshire law governs these terms, and the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire have exclusive jurisdiction.
