SMS and opt-in policy

Messages come from LP Integrity and Compliance Group LLC, 166 Gilford Ave, Laconia, NH 03246. Our messaging number is (877) 303-2299.

Service messages tied to your own tank or account, and nothing else:

• A reminder the day before a scheduled test
• A notice when the technician is on the way
• The result once your tank has been tested
• Replies to a question you send us, since the number receives as well as sends

We do not send promotional or marketing texts from this number. If that ever changes, we will ask for separate consent first rather than quietly repurposing the one you already gave.

Consent is collected in one of three ways: you check the SMS box on a service agreement or booking form, you give it verbally when scheduling and we record it against your contact record, or you text us first.

Consent is stored per person, not per household or per company. If we have no record of your consent, our system will not text you. That is enforced in software, not just policy.

Low, and driven by your service schedule rather than a campaign calendar. Most customers receive two or three messages around a visit, and testing happens at most once a year and often once every three.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you anything for the messages.

Consent to texts is not required to buy anything from us. Decline it and you get exactly the same service, arranged by phone or email.

Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one confirmation, then nothing further.

Stopping texts does not cancel your service. We will still reach you by phone or email about scheduled work.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, which is why we never rely on a text alone for anything that matters to your compliance record.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
