Nobody signs themselves up
Every login on this system is created by us and handed to one specific person through a link that works once. There is no public signup form for anyone to abuse.
Your account cannot see another account
A propane company sees its own fleet. A homeowner sees their own tank. That check runs on our server every time a page loads, not just as a hidden menu item, so it cannot be bypassed by typing a different address into the browser.
Your password is scrambled the moment you set it
We store a one-way scramble of it, not the password itself. Nobody at LP Integrity can look it up, read it, or hand it to anyone, including you. Forget it and you reset it; you never get the old one back.
Photos and certificates are never on a public link
Evidence files sit in private storage and are only ever handed out through a link that expires in minutes. There is no public web address anyone could stumble onto or guess.
The connection to this site is encrypted
Every page, every login, and everything you type is encrypted the moment it leaves your device, the same padlock protection your bank's website uses.
A certificate can't be quietly rewritten
Once issued, a certificate is locked. If a correction is ever needed, we issue a new version and keep the old one on file, so nobody, including us, can edit history after the fact.
Every meaningful change is logged automatically
Who changed what, and when, is recorded the moment it happens. That record exists whether or not anyone ever asks to see it.
The whole system is backed up every night
A full backup runs automatically and is kept for 30 days, so a technical failure on our end can't erase your test history.
We never sell your information
Not to marketers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We do not run advertising trackers on this site either.
We never see your card number
Payment goes straight to Stripe. It never touches our servers, and we could not hand your card number to anyone even if asked.
We never text you without your OK
SMS reminders require your consent, and replying STOP always works. See the SMS and opt-in policy.
We never expose your private details on a public certificate
Anyone can look up a certificate to confirm it's real, but that public page never shows your phone number, access notes, or account details.
